1. Limitation of Liability: SynchroWork shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

   • Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
   • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site.
   • Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party.

SynchroWork is a SaaS tool that enables agencies and freelancers to efficiently manage their day-to-day activities, including client management, team management, project management, invoice and expense management, and proposal generation.

SynchroWork reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications to these Terms will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.
